Filoksenia opened its doors in 2026, with a wish to make hospitality something more than accommodation. We believe a good stay begins in the details — in the way a space is arranged, in how quickly someone responds when you need something, in the feeling that someone genuinely cares.
Dorćol is no coincidence. This is one of the most vibrant and beautiful parts of Belgrade — streets full of history, kafanas, galleries, and the scent of the river. From our apartments, all of it is just a few minutes on foot.
